- Water - 13 1/2 fl. oz (400 ml)
- White onion (finely chopped) - 7 oz (200 g)
- Celery (finely chopped) - 3 1/2 oz (100 g)
- Red bell pepper (finely chopped) - 1/2 lb (250 g)
- Paella rice - 1 pound (450 g)
- White wine - 5 fl. oz (150 ml)
- White fish (chopped) - 3/4 lb (350 g)
- Shrimp (peeled) - 1/2 lb (250 g)
- Squid (cleaned and chopped) - 1/2 lb (250 g)
