Holly Hill has been bottling their proprietary bourbon mustard for years and haven’t run out of ways to use it yet!  It’s the secret sauce on Wallace Station’s popular Country Ham & Swiss sandwich and frequently stars in marinades and finished dishes at other Holly Hill restaurants.
