Sarawak white pepper is grown on the island of Borneo. With plant and wood notes, it pairs nicely with white meats, fish and salads.

Tan Hoi Black pepper grown in Vietnam, expressing woody warm tones, with simple spice and a bite that will make it the perfect companion to red meats, oily fish, or mashed potatoes.

Cambodian Kampot is a warm black long pepper with a taste reminiscent of gingerbread and cinnamon. When ground at the last minute in the Isen long pepper mill, this pepper will bring a stunning burst of flavour to your meals.

Long red pepper from Cambodia is still not widely known and yet it offers an intense aromatic flavour palette. In addition to its elongated and spiked shape, this long red pepper stuns with its delicious notes of cocoa and dried fruits.
