Ingredients:
- 12 - Russet Potatoes
- 5 stalks - Rosemary
- 1 lb - Unsalted butter
- 1 1⁄2 cup - Heavy cream
- Salt
Instructions:
- Peel potatoes and put them into a large pot with rosemary
- Fill the pot with cold water
- Bring the water to a boil and check potatoes with a fork till they are soft
- In a saucepan slowly melt the butter into heavy cream
- Using a food miller while potatoes are hot mill onto a pot and keep adding butter-cream
- Once all the potatoes are milled add salt and fold the mash potatoes only three times
